This 90 mins workshop led by Melissa will explore the process and benefits of a regular headstand practice. Whether you are experienced with inversion and want to incorporate headstands or hoping to make them part of your practice, there’s something to be learned. The exercises and benefits imparted will help to inspire confidence, ease, and ultimately a new perspective in your headstand practice.
