Jayme Hernandez has been immersed in the world of meditation/yoga, psychosomatic body/mind practices and energy work for the past 25 plus years working with thousands of practitioners and teachers. Developing many teacher training programs dedicated to developing healing strategies with the intention of raising human consciousness. Offering many years of direct experience drawn from her own personal struggles and professional successes. It is of great honor for her to hold space for humans to heal and evolve. About my class and techniques:

In all the work that I do simply put we address the physical body, the mental body and the energy body. Utilizing the body and somatic work as a door way to breaking free of debilitating patterns that keep us stuck. Understand the workings of the right and left brain so that we can gain mental clarity, vision and positive outlook. We will journey into the structure of the energy body to reintegrate fractured parts of ourselves so that we feel whole again.Getting to the root cause of your suffering. As humans we all have some sort of trauma that needs to be released. The techniques are fairly simple, what makes the shift is when you choose your own evolution and begin again through new eyes and heart. It takes courage to heal and look at our pain and even more courage to finally live from the heart. Small shifts make big differences, before you know it your whole world has changed because you made the decision to heal.
