About me

I'm a yoga teacher, designer, and trained chef who is passionate about helping others find their inner peace and optimal wellness by combining his main loves: yoga and food. After finishing culinary school in France he traveled around Europe surfing, snowboarding, and cooking. He then fell in love with Canada and moved here to study design. While subsequently woking full time as a designer, he created Maison Mémé, a line of healthy chutneys for active people. During this time he also discovered yoga, which helped him develop physical and mental techniques for dealing with work-related stress caused by a high-pressure work environment. 

After deciding to pursue his 200-hour teacher training in Bali, he discovered Ayurveda, the ancient mind-body discipline that balances the mind, body, and spirit through mindful diet and lifestyle choices. Anthony currently teaches Pranala yoga (a powerful combination of vinyasa flow yoga, energy movement, pranayama, relaxation, and self-healing) in tandem with giving workshops for optimal functioning of mind, body and soul.
