About me

Depuis que j'ai découvert le yoga, j'ai développé de la force et gagné confiance en la vie. Pour la fille passionnée et active que je suis, le yoga est le mode de vie parfait à adopter. J'ai donc décidé d'en faire ma carrière. Plus j'explore la pratique du yoga, plus je réalise les bienfaits dans ma vie au quotidien. Issue de la première cohorte de la formation de professeurs Wanderlust, je souhaite poursuivre mon apprentissage et transmettre ma passion. J'adore enseigner un style de yoga vinyasa dynamique et intelligent. Le type de yoga qui vous pousse à votre plein potentiel ainsi qu'à écouter vos limites, l'équilibre entre le confort et l'effort.
