About me

Andrew, a certified Yoga Instructor with over 500 hours of training, is known for his playful, warm and engaging approach to a mindful practice. He has been teaching since 2008, and completed his first formal study of yoga at the SVYASA Yoga University in India. Upon his return to Toronto, he has continued to study with his teachers, Scott Davis, Pat Harada Linfoot and Jesse Enright at Octopus Garden Hollistic Yoga Centre.  Andrew specializes in creating personal and sustainable practices for individuals and groups that address specific needs towards improving their lives physically, energetically and emotionally. As a result, he has worked with a diverse range of students, from professional dancers, musicians, athletes, children, teens and beginner as well as advanced yogis. Andrew aims to inspire his students to look within and discover their authentic selves while building the resilience to share their gifts and strengths with the world around them.
