It is an exciting month for me and for HappyTree Yoga! I am so proud to have just celebrated HappyTree's 9th birthday and to follow it up we have two great teacher trainings this month. I'm so happy to be part of this year's Take it to the Mat Montreal! This is the only pledge-driven fundraising event of its kind in Canada. This event incorporates the benefits of yoga, meditation and living a happier and healthy lifestyle. I'm excited to be teaching some awesome FREE classes when I get back from my vacation in Italy!
