About me

Dunia Atmeh has been a yoga practitioner for 12 years. Originally trained as an architect she always thought she would be professionally involved in yoga at a later age until her yoga master offered a classical Hata Yoga teacher training in 2012. She has now been teaching workshops all over Canada and the US East Coast. Besides the spiritual aspect, the practices have multiple health, stress release benefits. She is thrilled to present the method for the benefit of the community.
