Lucie is a certified Yoga instructor, meditation guide, tarot reader, and devoted student of the Mystical Arts. With a warm and welcoming approach, she invites you to explore alternative medicine and healing through her diverse training in Kundalini, Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Pre & Post-Natal Yoga, and Sound Healing.

Currently immersed in a shamanic mentorship, Lucie draws from her journey to create unique events that blend ancient wisdom with modern techniques. Her workshops offer a safe and nurturing space for personal growth and transformation.

About my class and techniques:

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of modern yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.

So it can be a great exercice to train your mind, to be patient, waiting for the good things in life, in this case, all the benefits from the poses.

I also guide meditation to start the class, helping you to settle down in the present moment, and ground yourself for the practice.

Other Services:

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique.

As the student lies in Savasana, this meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you feeling calm and whole.

This practice has numerous benefits like reducing the level of stress, and also learning about ourselves to the deepest levels and always in a safe and soothing visualisation <3 .

Namasté.++++++++++++ To all yogis registered for the immersive yoga class at Esplanade PVM, the class takes place even if it rains! If it rains, we will be transported inside Place Ville Marie. See you in the ring at 5:15 p.m. and if it rains at the entrance of Eaton Center on Ste-Catherine where you will receive instructions. Namaste.
