About me

I'm a RYT500 certified teacher from India with experience in teaching various types of Yoga forms such as Hatha Yoga, Beginners Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and many more.

Even though the classes have shifted to being online, my focus still remains to provide correct alignment and individual attention to each student so everyone can improve and grow in their practice.

I also organize workshops to help interested students delve deeper into their practice by learning correct alignment as well as try on some challenging asanas.

About my class and techniques:

Even though the classes may be virtual, I try to give individual adjustments to the students so they can still push themselves and grow. I'm offering various forms of Yoga - Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Pranayama, Workshops - for everyone to select a form that they might be most interested in. Every class, no matter if they are active or slow form, I try to make them relaxing so everyone can feel calm and self-connected.
