Bonjour à toi!
Je me présente, Catherine enseignante de yoga certifiée. J'ai suivi ma formation professorale RYT-200 auprès de Shool Yoga Institute ainsi que quelques formations complémentaires.
Je ne cesse de vouloir en apprendre davantage dans le domaine pour me perfectionner avec douceur afin de pouvoir partager autour de moi les bienfaits que me procure un mode de vie yogique.
Depuis quelques années, ce qui me passionne c'est le bien-être et ce, autant au niveau physique que psychologique, d'où mon amour pour le yoga.
Mon envie d'aider les gens à mener un mode de vie sain m'ont poussé à approfondir ses connaissances en santé naturelle et à debuter des études en Naturothérapie afin d'allier yoga et santé naturelle.
