About the Class
A flowing, dynamic practice in which movement is linked to breath. These classes are usually vigorous and can be more physically demanding. The sequence is generally more varied than in Ashtanga classes and often start with the Sun Salutations series to warm up the body. Vinyasa Flow Yoga builds strength, flexibility, concentration and balance.

Dr. Ariele Foster is founder of YogaAnatomyAcademy.com, a physical therapist, yoga teacher (since 2001), and anatomy faculty for yoga trainings and 90Monkeys.com online continuing education. She is also an environmentalist with a passion for intelligent, creative asana instruction.
Ariele grew up practicing with her grandmother, started studying optimal health as a teenager, and began teaching yoga
