SÅANA is home to founders and yoga teachers Jackie Szabo and Jacqueline DiRenzo and a full slate of many of Toronto’s most skilled and powerful yoga teachers. SÅANA is leading the way to building a conscious community that extends outside the studio walls.

SÅANA means “to be true” and “to heal” in Sanskrit. This is our vision: to create space for your most authentic self.
