This yoga class focuses specifically on the areas that have been weakened during pregnancy. While your baby sleeps or plays next to you, you strengthen yourself with yoga. I have toys, bouncers, and a playpen to keep your child happy. To end the class, we play some gentle and soothing games with the little ones.
