This practice is for all levels, and for those who have been suffering from back and low back pains. Spine Yoga will focus on bending your spine in all directions along with stretching the muscles that run through the back all the way down to the legs.
An active form, Spine Yoga aims to straighten the spine by using yoga asanas to relax the tense back, improve strained muscles and improve blood supply to the ligaments. Spine therapy stretches and strengthens the muscles of the back which protects the joints and restores the curvature of the spine making it stronger.
