Bon matin, Beautiful Yogi Warriors!
It's Wednesday, and every Weds evening I'm at Yoga Shak Montreal for back to back meditation and Vinyasa classes. Meditation is at 6pm and we explore different approaches and techniques to dwell deep into the Self. At 7:15pm we add the movement component to our mindfulness practice with a strong, dynamic flow. Inversion options are offered for the more advanced, but it's by no means a prerequisite and I do my best to make this class accessible to all. Just bring your open mind and willingness to move and we're set.
