Nora Benian (Sundari) E-RYT 500, YACEP, Yoga Therapist and Senior Sivananda Yoga Teacher, teaches yoga workshops and teacher trainings at Ashrams, yoga centres and Wellness Conferences across the continent and in the Caribbean, specializing in Hatha Yoga as well as Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga. She is a seasoned instructor with over 1000 hours of teacher trainings and has experience teaching students with a wide range of abilities whether physical, emotional, psychological or spiritual. Nora's ability to guide yoga practitioners through energetic shifts during challenging practices leaves students feeling rejuvenated, empowered and profoundly peaceful. Her extensive knowledge and ability to communicate information with ease guides students safely through yogic postures and practices and inspires students and teachers to keep learning and sharing the wisdom found in yoga.
